Your main tasks:

• Host and contact person for our guests
• Responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant
• Permanent optimisation of the service process
• Input of ideas and development of concepts for continuous quality improvement
• Responsible for economic personnel planning
• Professional training of employees and trainees
