Trained greenkeeper (m/f/d)
Just outside Weimar, on one of Germany’s most spectacular 36-hole golf courses with an additional 9-hole short course, the Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land warmly welcomes guests of all ages. For this extraordinary and fantastic project, on a 150-hectare site with breathtaking green spaces, we are looking for you to maintain the golf course as a trained greenkeeper (m/f/d). You will be responsible for sports turf maintenance, targeted plant protection measures, mechanical work, implementing special techniques for turf regeneration and renovation, as well as other responsible tasks on and around our golf course.
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in a ‘green profession’ (desirable)
- Training as a greenkeeper
- Expertise in plant protection
- Enjoy working in nature
- Open and friendly manner
- Service-oriented approach to work
- Physical fitness
- Willingness to work on weekends
Your main tasks:
- Detailed maintenance of lawns and surrounding areas
- Water maintenance
- Plant protection measures
- Handling of special lawn care machinery
