Supervisor gardens and greenery maintenance (m/f/d)

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a gardener (horticulture and landscaping or equivalent) is desirable
• Further training to become a master gardener, technician, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in grounds maintenance
• Experience in managing staff
• Organizational skills and a business-minded approach
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Class B driver’s license; ideally BE or C1
• Enjoyment of working outdoors
• Open and friendly demeanor
• Physical fitness
• Willingness to work on weekends

Your main tasks:

• Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to the greenkeeping staff
• Responsibility for the care and maintenance of:
  • Golf courses
  • Soccer and sports facilities
  • Landscaped areas and green spaces
  • The company’s outdoor facilities
• Ensuring a high standard of workmanship
• Monitoring work performance and compliance with quality standards
• Planning the deployment of machinery, personnel, and materials
• Serving as the point of contact for customers, clients, and construction managers
• Conducting site inspections and quality controls
• Preparing work plans and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
