In addition to golf and spa, we offer you a variety of options for spending an active holiday with us. We recommend hiking routes, equip you with maps and provide you with hire bikes and e-bikes in various sizes, padel tennis rackets and basketballs for a fee. Our activity programme offers you a wide range of options:
Personal Training
At the Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land, experienced trainers offer individualised personal training that is tailored to the personal goals and needs of the participants in order to achieve optimum results.
Daily course programme, e.g. with Pilates and aqua fitness
Our range of courses changes every week. Take part in various activities such as yoga, Pilates and more. You can find the daily course programme here or on the notice board in the course room.
Padel Tennis
Sports enthusiasts get their money’s worth on our padel tennis court. Padel tennis, an exciting mix of tennis and squash, is becoming increasingly popular and is ideal for players of all ages and experience levels. The resort’s modern padel court invites you to get active and have fun in a sociable atmosphere.

Streetball
On our streetball court, you can put your basketball skills to the test in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether in a competition or just for fun – the sporting activities at the Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land not only promote fitness, but also a sense of community.

Weekly running training
Running training at the resort is aimed at runners of all abilities and includes varied sessions that promote both technique and endurance and take place in the picturesque surroundings.
Guided hiking and cycling tours
The guided hiking tours allow guests to explore the breathtaking nature of Thuringia while being accompanied by experienced guides who share interesting information about the region.
Bike & E-Bike hire
The Spa & GolfResort Weimarer Land offers a comprehensive bike and e-bike hire service, allowing guests to explore the picturesque surroundings on two wheels while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery.

Family fun treasure hunt and geocaching
Around the golf resort with individual team tasks. After a brief introduction to using the GPS devices, you will set off in teams into the wooded surroundings of the resort. However, the next point is not known to you, but will be revealed after successfully completing various communicative or co-operative team tasks that await you at different locations. You will encounter possible challenges such as: the electric wire – blind walk – sheep & shepherd – the blind mathematician – from island to island and much more. … Once you reach your destination, a joint building project awaits you.

Teamparcours
In this customised team challenge, the teams compete in various interaction tasks. The challenge varies from simple to complex and is customised to the objective of the event. The concept ranges from competitive fun events to team-building measures.

Raft building
In raft building, groups can put their teamwork and creativity to the test as they work together to construct a floating vehicle from various materials and then test it on the water.

Archery
Back to the origins. Enjoy the experience of simple, instinctive archery, without aiming aids or other aids. The motto of the event is: ‘Achieve your goal with calm and concentration’. A final competition to decide the winner of the day is particularly popular. Embedded in the landscape of the GolfResort, you embark on an impressive journey through time.

Soapbox building & racing
Creativity and skill – paired with strong communication skills and team spirit. These qualities come together in the soapbox building experience. You design your own vehicle with steering and brakes from a wooden kit that can be bolted together as required. After the construction phase, the different ‘racing teams’ compete in an in-house competition.

Golf taster courses or fun tournaments
Let one of our golf instructors introduce you to the game of golf and the golf swing and then try it out for yourself on our practice area. Or try your hand at ‘Beat the Pro’ and test your skills against one of our golf instructors.
ACTIVE or MOBILIZING conference breaks
We surprise your conference guests with various exercises at the workplace after the actual break, entirely according to your wishes. Exercises that can also be easily repeated at your own workplace sharpen the focus on a healthy working environment.
Or let yourself be pampered by various fragrances and flavours. Depending on your wishes, we will prepare cool or warm compresses for a restful, relaxing or mobilising conference break that will give you new strength. The aim: rest and relaxation.
