Telephone operator (m/f/d)

Your qualifications:

• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• A confident manner and a well-groomed appearance
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
• a willingness to work at weekends as well
• Proficiency in standard IT systems such as MS Office
• Experience with PMS systems, preferably Guestline
• A genuine enjoyment of working with people

Your main tasks:

• Receiving and passing on incoming enquiries by telephone
•  Providing a friendly and professional service to callers
• Providing general information on hotel offers, opening hours and bookings at the restaurants, the golf course and the spa
• Passing on messages or requests for a call-back
