Revenue Officer (m/f/d)

Your qualifications:

• You have completed a vocational qualification in the hospitality industry
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• A professional manner and a well-groomed appearance
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in standard IT systems such as MS Office
• Experience with PMS systems, preferably Guestline
• Enjoy working with people

Your main tasks:

• Maintaining and optimising rates, availability and restrictions
• Analysing booking trends and occupancy rates
• Preparing and analysing reports and key performance indicators
• Maintaining the relevant hotel, channel and reservation systems
• Handling enquiries and bookings via all communication channels
• Preparing group and individual quotations
  Handling daily correspondence and office administration
