Your qualifications:

  • Completed training in the hotel industry and initial professional experience in housekeeping
  • Knowledge of MS Office programmes and Opera hotel software is an advantage
  • Commitment, initiative, dedication and flexibility
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Sense of responsibility
  • High level of guest orientation and quality awareness
  • Organisational and planning skills

Your main tasks:

  • Joint responsibility for cleaning all guest rooms and public areas, as well as their care and maintenance
  • Management of laundry, uniforms, cleaning supplies, guest room items and other materials
  • Arranging necessary repairs and monitoring their execution
  • Lost property management
  • Management, motivation and deployment of employees and trainees
